Ryan Miller- Principal

Ryan Miller is an emerging leader in construction management whose blend of technical expertise, business insight, and hands-on experience sets him apart in the industry. As a student at Michigan Technological University, Ryan has excelled in his pursuit of a Construction Management degree. 

In 2025, Ryan was named Michigan Tech College of Business Student of the Year and nominated for the William & Josephine Balconi Community Service Award, honors that reflect both his academic excellence and his commitment to serving others.

Professionally, Ryan has gained experience on major infrastructure projects with Bridging North America in Detroit, MI, where he coordinated subcontractor work, supervised electrical installations, and ensured compliance with strict safety and quality standards. As a Field Engineer Intern with Railworks Track Systems in Green Bay, WI, he worked on railroad inspections, bid proposals, and hands-on construction, combining technical precision with real-world problem-solving.

Outside of large-scale projects, Ryan has years of experience in household maintenance, renovations, home additions, and landscaping projects, giving him a practical, ground-level understanding of what it takes to bring a vision to life — from a home's new front door to a family’s backyard upgrade.

Beyond the job site, Ryan has served as a College of Business Ambassador, sharing his knowledge of construction management with prospective students, and as Treasurer of the Railroad Engineering & Activities Club, managing funds and supporting club initiatives.

Guided by the philosophy that every project is a reflection of its builder, Ryan brings integrity, diligence, and a detail-driven mindset to every endeavor. To him, “It’s Miller Built” means quality and professionalism.

Jenn Miller- Chief Marketing Officer

Jenn is a valued member of the Miller Construction and Consulting team, bringing dedication, strong organizational skills, and a people-first approach to her role as our Chief Marketing Officer. With years of leadership experience as a Special Education Coordinator prior to entering the construction field, she has a unique ability to communicate clearly, manage complex projects, and support teams with patience and professionalism.

Her background in education taught her the importance of adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving — all skills she now applies in the fast-paced construction industry. Whether implementing new systems, supporting coworkers, or building positive client relationships, Jenn is committed to ensuring high-quality outcomes and contributing to the company’s success.
